Doing some final (re)packing this evening prior to leaving Ilwaco for Bellingham tomorrow. Bike was too top heavy with the tail bag in place (full of tools). We put tools in bottom of saddle bags and will use Ortlieb dry bags and top half of saddle bags for clothes. Will leave tail bag here at the hospital. Spare tires will also now be lower. Bike handles a lot better, although the main problem was when stopped, such as at stoplight, etc.-wanted to tip over. Made one very huge error in judgement today-gave blog address to Steve Jr. I suspect I will live to regret that lapse in common sense (LOL).
